The Beauty of Art Today

Marty and I ended up spending a lot of time with Jeff and Glen while we were at the mall.  We took them with us to visit the Disney Store.  They are all excited about everything.  It makes you look at things through different eyes, like how a small child sees the world.  They are awed by everything, and never has anything negative to say about it, either.  The Mom and Dad gave us permission to take them to visit the indoor fun house.  There are lots of things for little kids to play with there, even kiddy golf at the indoor golf house.  But mostly we let them play with all the fun stuff for little kids, like making stuff out of play dough and playing with the big huge bouncy balls.  They really liked the idea of playing softball and running around the bases.  I didn’t feel like I was babysitting this time.  It was all on me.  When their parents came by to pick them up, they tried to give us money, but we wouldn’t take it.  We told them it was all fun for us too.  We enjoyed spending fun time with the boys and will probably ask to take them again.
